He believes in fostering a safe space where every thought and feeling is met with understanding and respect, free from judgment. Chris emphasises a respectful relationship where people are treated with sensitivity and honesty.

Chris is informed by the Psychodynamic model of Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, while also incorporating CBT, Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, and ACT. Chris obtained his formal training of Clinical Psychology at the University of Melbourne and has a wide range of experience working across contexts including at schools, universities, aged-care homes, and in private clinics.
